How to Return an Item or Exchange:

All items purchased at Vending Venues/ Events or Pop-Up Shops Transactions are FINAL SALE. 

ONLINE RETURNS: A returned item for refund must be in its original and unused condition to be returned. The returned item must be returned within 15 days of your purchase, no exceptions. In addition, please adhere to return exceptions and restocking fees.
Special Orders: May ONLY be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase or receipt of item/garment.
ONLINE EXCHANGES:  A returned item for exchange must be in its original and unused condition to be returned. The exchange item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase, no exceptions. In addition, please adhere to return exceptions and restocking fees and full exchange policy.
  1. Please email info@iconic7.com to request a refund. An authorization number will be assigned with detailed instructions on how properly ship the item for return.

    *Include the attachment located in the return email indicating the reason for your return and the original receipt that was processed with your order Please make a copy for your files.
ONLINE Return Exceptions:

Merchandise that has been worn, shows evidence of customer damage, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

ONLINE Restocking Fee:

All items returned and received within 10 days after shipment delivery date are NOT subject to restocking fee. All items returned and received within 11-15 days of shipment delivery date are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. In both events, ICONIC7 will not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the original or returned package. Please allow 5-7 business days after returned item has been received by ICONIC7 for the refund total to be processed and received by your banking institution. 

ONLINE Exchanges:

If your clothing item is in new condition, does not show signs or evidence of client damage or alteration, and the exchange is received within 30 days after shipment delivery date, the customer will be allowed to exchange the clothing item for the same item of a different size or color. The customer will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but will still be responsible for all shipping charges. If size or color options are not available, a refund will be awarded based on restocking fees, if time allotments have been superseded, a store credit will be awarded only for the total of the item/s minus the original shipping charges.
