Thank you for visiting and shopping at ICONIC7. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute ICONIC7’s shipping policy.

World Wide Shipping is Available

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Orders are not shipped on weekends).

*Please note some items/garments available on www.ICONIC7.com utilize specialty shipping time frames. Please note that said items will follow the shipping time frames listed in their product description.

In the event we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed 1-2 business days. In this case, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

ICONIC7’s preferred carrier is USPS with Priority Mail Shipping.

Shipping charges and shipping options for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

After a completed purchase has been made, customers will instantly receive an Order Confirmation.

At time of shipment, customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking number(s) and estimated date of delivery.

Please note, tracking number(s) generally take between 2-4 hours before becoming active.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ICONIC7 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ICONIC7 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If a customer receives an order that has been damaged due to the mishandling during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
